We should always keep Christ in Christmas. Some people may say that Xmas is just shorter to write out. Some say that “X” is really just Greek for “Christ”. But not everybody knows that “X” may be Greek for “Christ” or whatever they say. If you prayed or wrote a letter to Jesus, would you start it out with “Dear X,”? That would be a little weird.
Let us be reminded of what Christmas is really all about. Some 2000 years ago, a child was born and His name was Jesus. He came to be our loving Savior and to have that intimate relationship with us. We need to remember that Christ is the very reason for this season – not the gifts, the ornaments, or the fancy lights.
It is even starting to become normal for Nativity Scene displays to be thrown out, being replaced with Santa and his elves, just as Merry Christmas is being replaced with Happy Holidays or Merry Xmas. I don’t say all of this to shove anything down your throats. The message of Christmas is not to offend anyone. Followers of Christ should not have that intention either.
I just don’t know about you, but I personally adore seeing the word Christ in Christmas. I hope you all not only will have Jesus in your hearts this season, but in every season. Merry Christmas!

My teacher said that they (IDK who) are trying to ban elementary and high school students from saying “Merry Christmas”, and encourage them to say “Happy Holidays” instead. Which is a total case of balony, if you ask me.
And I hate the attention towards Santa Claus. The twit ain’t even real. Argh.
(Anyhoo, it’s funny how I just saw this post, and how it’s so similar to my previous post. I’m happy that other people share the same sentiments :P)
